These products are developed on a three dimensional computer aided design (CAD) system which ensures better performing parts due to improved accuracy. Statistical process control techniques are utilized to monitor key manufacturing operations. This approach assures management of process variation and is the stimulus for continuous improvement in product quality. We use three dynamometers for round the clock component testing. Prior to shipment Carlisle brakes and valves are extensively tested and evaluated.
